0abstract0 objective: to explorate a feasible method for the treatment of odiopathic azoospermia. methods: the odiopathic azoospermia patients have be treated by tamoxifen 10mg bid or testosterone undecanoate capsule 40mg qd or fufang xuanju capsule 1.26g tid. we have evaluated the effect of therapy by semen every two months. results: there were two azoospermia patients have appeared sperm after 4 months treatment, whose semen were freezed for security. one of them was assisted by icsi in order to pregnancy, because of only fewer vatility sperm, but failed, the other was arranged to wait for natural pregnancy with normal sperm, his wife have been pregnant so far. conclusion: it is the effecive method for the treatment of odiopathic azoospermia by fufang xuanju capsule combined with testosterone undecanoate capsule or tamoxifen.
